Shipping cost depends on your location and order size. I'll calculate it when you order and include it in the quote — no hidden fees, no surprises. I ship worldwide.
❓ What about import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes vary by country. You're responsible for them — I'll let you know what to expect when you order. Most countries allow small tool imports with low or no duties.
❓ How long does it take to build?
Typically 3-5 business days. I'll confirm the timeline when you order.
❓ Why not on Amazon or Shopify?
I build each order by hand. I want to talk to you directly and make sure you get exactly what you need. No middlemen, no mass production.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or WeChat Pay. I'll send you the details.
❓ What if you release a hardware upgrade later?
Good question. I stand behind what I build. If I release a meaningful hardware upgrade: • Software & firmware updates — always free for existing customers, via OTA. • Minor hardware improvements — I'll offer replacement parts at cost, or ship small upgraded parts for free when possible. • Major hardware upgrades — existing customers get an exclusive upgrade kit at a discounted price, never the full new-machine cost. You bought from me directly. I won't leave you behind.
